We had my birthday dinner here after an afternoon of biking the Greenbelt & foothills. The location is awesome & interior is beautiful! My wine pour was generous, which I very much appreciated. The bar tender was great. The food is very good but we didn’t really like the “family style” servings so much. The steak was excellent & cooked perfectly. The broccolini was a bit spicy for me, but everyone else liked it. The small amount of soup was served in an extremely oversized bowl & was pretty thick for soup, but the flavor was incredible! And the greens salad was fresh but just ok for me on flavor. I would go back again as it’s a lovely spot with good service.

Visited House of the Little Pig a few days ago and was genuinely impressed. The restaurant's interior is beautiful—warm lighting, thoughtful decor, and big windows that let in plenty of light. We opted to sit out on the patio, which overlooks a lush greenbelt and pond; the view made our evening feel extra special. We ordered a handful of dishes to share, and everything was well seasoned and flavorful. The family-style setup is fun, but I will say the portions are on the smaller side. For three people, Riley (our fantastic server) recommended 5 to 8 plates, which was spot on for a satisfying meal. Riley was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept things running smoothly all night. The whole place was spotless, including the bathrooms, and the vibe was relaxed yet lively. It’s the kind of spot where you want to linger a little longer, especially if you can snag a patio table. Overall, a top-notch experience—would absolutely return, just keep in mind you'll want to order a few extra dishes if you’re hungry!

I have had the pleasure of dining here twice in the last 2 weeks. I cannot adequately express how exceptional the experience has been. Every dish has been exceptional. The cocktails have been unique and delicious. On top of the exceptional food and drink, my highest compliments go to the service. On each occasion we have had contact with multiple servers who were professional, friendly and accomodating including the manager. The whole experience is a rare treat in todays world. What a great place. I would like to specifically complement our servers, Danielle,Ryland, and Emily. Further the manager Emery has provided exceptional care for our visits and clearly is comitted to a great experience. The bartenders are great too, sorry forgot names. Dont miss this place

The BEST restaurant in Boise. The Dry aged tbone steak was out of this world, but the restaurant also has porterhouse and new york cuts available. I got to pick the exact cut of steak I wanted to have that evening because they have this beautiful cabinet/fridge where their steaks are resting. Service is incredible - the staff will take care of you, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and calming. We were sat at a table by the kitchen and it was SO cool seeing/smelling everything that was prepared. 11/10 so excited to come back and try more of the menu

Wow. I mean wow. Food like this place is few and far between. Especially in boise. Too often we’re faced with boring meals and plates we’ve seen thousands of times. Both dishes I had were unique and rich with flavor. I’ll be dreaming about the lamb neck until next time.

The design and decorations here are well done from outside to inside. The aged meat display and open kitchen design make for an elegant but familiar setting. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere for conversation. We had a large group so the service was also plentiful and they did well to attend to us. There are a couple of opportunities for improvement. While there is a shareable vibe here and a promise of large portions was made, the plates aren't realistically big enough for sharing beyond 2 people. The food was nicely presented and mostly good but we experienced some overly salty, too dry, or not cooked to order. Lastly, the orders came out far too spaced apart to enjoy the items together.
